Mass Effect: Andromeda is a weird game. I’m not saying that I don’t enjoy it but playing it just feels strange, like something is off, and it’s not the animations. Keep in mind that I’ve only had enough time to complete a majority of the missions on planet EOS, so I still have a large portion of the game to get through. Bioware Montreal’s studio director, Yanick Roy took revealed a few details regarding the next Mass effect. After posting a picture if the game’s Design Document, he responded to a few questions saying that the next Mass Effect would borrow a few “core mechanics” from the Dragon Age series. It’s unsure what that means and Roy did not exactly elaborate on what he said.
The next mass effect will not star series protagonist Commander Shepard and will use EA new Frostbite Engine.
Fans of the fantasy series can expect Dragon Age Inquisition next year in Fall 2014.
