4. Third Party Support In Interesting Ways

Nintendo may be losing out on games like the next  Assassins Creed, Battlefield, Call of Duty and other mainstream third-party games but that doesn’t mean they have lost third-party support altogether. While I think it would be a smarter idea if Nintendo bought certain third-party companies (Sega and Capcom), it is quite farfetched to think that they will. What Nintendo has been doing for many years is letting other companies make their own version of classic Nintendo franchises.

Look at Metroid: Other M and this year’s Hyrule Warriors and the Fire Emblem X Shin Megami Tensei game. Hell Even F-Zero GX for the Gamecube was made by Sega. We will see a lot of that during this years Nintendo direct. Letting third-parties get hands on Nintendo’s franchises benefits both companies. Maybe even some new IP’s by third-party that are Nintendo exclusive.
